1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Radha Madhav Kunj ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website radhamadhavkunj.com (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Products & Accuracy

All products listed on the Site are devotional essentials — incense, attars & perfumes, herbal soaps, ghee, havan cups and other pooja needs — curated from Mayapur Dham, Vrindavan Dham and other sacred places.

We strive to display product images, descriptions, weights and colours as accurately as possible. Minor variations in texture, shade or packaging may occur because many of our products are handmade in small batches. Product availability may change seasonally or due to temple-stock supply.

3. Orders & Confirmation

You may place orders through the Site's checkout or via our official WhatsApp number. An order is complete only after we confirm and dispatch it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the item is out of stock, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be revised at any time; the price charged will be the one applicable at the time of order confirmation.

We accept online payments (UPI / cards / wallets via our payment gateway) and Cash on Delivery where offered. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines, shipping charges and our return & refund policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page. By placing an order you also agree to those terms.

6. Website Content

All text, logos, graphics and imagery on the Site belong to Radha Madhav Kunj or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Product claims such as "bamboo-free", "charcoal-free" or "non-irritating" describe how the products are made; they are not medical or therapeutic claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

Radha Madhav Kunj shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Asansol, West Bengal.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of them.
